The Advantage Of Steel Castings:

Compare with welded structural parts:
The welded structural process is more flexible than forging on structure and volume, but it still has the below disadvantage as steel casting:
1. It’s easy to be deformed when welding.
2. Inner stress is too high when welding.
3. Low reliability and poor surface quality.

1. Wider working conditions
2. Higher mechanical properties
3. Steel castings have more advantages on high tensile strength and dynamic load request, on the main pressure vessel spare parts, and in low or high-temperature working conditions.
