Production Process

Multi-directional Die Forging is Vigor's core forging production line. The products are formed in closed dies under the action of multi-directional forces, it's easy to make complex parts with multiple branches and cavities. The rough forgings have accurate dimensions, close to the finished parts. Metal formed in the closed die with only one time heating, so metal fiber have no faultage, crystal grains are fine and evenly distributed, that's the biggest advantage to obtain the top pressure loading capability and top-level strength.

Our forging plant has 5 precision forging production lines and 3 continuous heat treatment production lines. 1000T, 1600T and 4000T electric screw presses production line, 8000T friction press and roll forging production line, as well as a 5T electro-hydraulic die forging production line.

Vigor team has more than 18 years experience and strong production capability in customized Castings and the complete post processing of heat treatment, surface treatment and CNC machining. Vigor is one of the first batch companies who upgraded Sand Casting to Lost Foam Casting and Lost Wax Casting process in China successfully.
