Production Process

Our forging plant has 5 precision forging production lines and 3 continuous heat treatment production lines. 1000T, 1600T and 4000T electric screw presses production line, 8000T friction press and roll forging production line, as well as a 5T electro-hydraulic die forging production line.

We insist on all material purchasing from the internationally recognized steel mills, and all products forming using the large tonnage press to get uniform internal structure, high density, strong toughness, high wear resistance, long working life and high surface quality.
