Production Process

Vigor team has more than 18 years experience and strong production capability in customized Castings and the complete post processing of heat treatment, surface treatment and CNC machining. Vigor is one of the first batch companies who upgraded Sand Casting to Lost Foam Casting and Lost Wax Casting process in China successfully. We know how to help customers upgrade products surface roughness, enhance the right mechanical properties, and save cost by lighter casting weight which has more accurate linear & geometric tolerance.

Our main casting processes:
-Vigor's Lost Wax Casting(Investment Casting) is suitable for producing carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel for Drive system, Hydraulic equipments, Pressure vessels, Agriculture machinery and other OEM parts. We do both low and medium temperature wax for different material and surface roughness requirements.

-Vigor's Lost Foam Casting is particularly suitable for producing Housings, Frames and Shell shape parts for electric motors, gear reducers, blowers, pumps, air compressers and which a Housing-Shape Casting needed. It's a kind of negative pressure casting, we use EPS, STMMA or EPMMA foamed plastic polymer materials to make the solid pattern for different material and surface roughness requirements.

-Vigor's Shell Mold Casting for producing cast iron that has the stable inner quality, higher level surface roughness and higher dimensional accuracy and consistency than common sand casting.
