Production Process

Multi-directional Die Forging is Vigor's core forging production line. The products are formed in closed dies under the action of multi-directional forces with only one time heating, it's easy to make complex parts with multiple branches and cavities. The rough forgings have accurate dimensions, close to the finished parts without flash and draft angle or very small draft angle. These are the difference from ordinary closed die forging.

Metal flows along the punchers in the closed die and formed under the force of both forging + extruding from different direction, forming process only need one time heating, so metal fiber have no faultage, crystal grains are fine and evenly distributed, that's the biggest advantage to obtain the top pressure loading capability and top-level strength.

It's almost the best die forging technology in China, has the irreplaceable advantages for producing super high pressure vessel body, components and the top level strength forged parts, for oil & gas, thermal power generator and nuclear power generator etc.
