Production Process

The based material of pre-coated Sand (coated sand) is a kind of high-quality natural sand. Combine the different technical requirements of temperature, collapsibility, liquidity and casting surface roughness, etc. to coat the special performance of resin, binder, curing agent, and lubricating agent with optimal technology.

Then using this resin-coated sand makes the shell by a high-pressure sand injection machine. The shells have multiple improvements in compactness, density, and granularity.

We can also design and put the optimal pouring system and feeders on the shell’s body in Integration, instead of the manual splice to reduce various low controllability problems.
