Product Application
The cast pump housing, cover, and impeller are the main spare parts of pumps. Generally, the structure is complex, has high pressure of liquid medium loading capability, and has more hot spot locations.
As these castings are crucial when working, they must be free of any sand holes, pores, shrinkage holes, and cracks, and have good compactness, good inner cavity surface quality, and dimensions. So we do a deep analysis of the different casting structures to design the best production and pouring system to avoid and solve any defects and ensure the strength, pressure loading capability, and internal fluidity.
