We have more years of experience in the production of valve body and cover castings and have a professional process system, quality control system, and pressure test equipment.
According to the different structures and valve types to choose the suitable casting process, using the best pouring method, casting feeder system, exhaust system, and auxiliary system (such as vacuuming) to ensure the final castings have good inner and outer surface quality and dimensions, free of sand holes, shrinkage holes, pores and any cracks.
After a series of inspections, finally we will do the pressure test behind the finish machining. Each casting and machined casting will be a perfect product with the best surface, dimensions, pressure loading capability, and reliability.
